PC Repairs and Servicing.
All the repairs that we undertake get diagnostically tested and very few are returned to the customer as un-serviceable. Our process leads to a happy customer with minimal downtime and a firm reassurance that our quality of service is second to none.

Upgrading
We upgrade computers in all aspects from installing a DVD, memory modules, to replacing motherboards hard-drives and processors.
Data Recovery.
It is often possible to recover data - email, documents, program data etc. - even if you deleted it yourself. Computer crashes, viruses and other failures can cause your data to vanish. The quicker we can get to your computer the better your chances of getting things back. When you delete data it is not removed from your system, it is simply marked as 'usable' space so the PC can write more data to it. Computer crashes can be recovered in a number of ways.
**NOTE: Depending on what caused the failure, recovery may not be possible without dedicated hardware.

We have specific software that can read corrupted drives. We can tell you if the data can be recovered by us without damaging your system.

PRICING INFORMATION

We're very flexible. Fixed price, hourly, and daily rates are all possible.

The hourly and daily rates are a bit higher for very short-term projects, but drops after a few days.

All work includes documentation and support .

Travel and onsite work is possible, but be aware that ICON I.T Consulting Ltd charges for travel time.
